Wide receiver A.J. Brown will miss Sunday's game against the Green Bay Packers, the Patriots' second straight game without him. Mike Vrabel announced it after Friday's practice, ESPN's Mike Reiss reported, and the team's final injury report lists Brown out with ankle and knee injuries after he sat out all three practices this week.

Tight end Hunter Henry, who left last Sunday's win at Miami with a foot injury, is questionable. He missed practice Wednesday and Thursday and was a limited participant Friday. Running back TreVeyon Henderson is also out, with what the report lists as an illness; Henderson said Friday he has been dealing with unexplained neurological symptoms. More on Henderson.

Brown's knee

Brown sprained his right ankle in the season opener at Seattle and went on injured reserve. He came back for the Jets game on Oct. 18 and played 102 of a possible 122 offensive snaps in that game and the Thursday night loss at Chicago four days later, Reiss reported last week. Then his knee flared up in practice on Oct. 28, and he has not played since. Sunday will be the sixth game of eight he has missed. He has nine catches for 101 yards this season, by ESPN's count.

Vrabel would not say more. Asked about Brown's state of mind, he said, "I'm not going to speak on somebody else's feelings," Musket Fire's Ryan O'Leary reported.

Who catches the ball

Without Brown, Romeo Doubs (shoulder, on injured reserve since Oct. 19) and Mack Hollins, New England beat Miami with three healthy wide receivers on the 53-man roster: DeMario Douglas, Kyle Williams and Efton Chism III, plus Ryan Miller elevated from the practice squad. Douglas and Williams caught the two long touchdowns in the second half. If Henry can't go, Eli Raridon is next at tight end; he has 13 catches for 173 yards and two touchdowns.

Help may be coming. Hollins, on injured reserve since Oct. 10 with a calf injury, opened his 21-day return window, practiced on a limited basis all week and is listed as questionable, so the team can activate him before Sunday. He had 15 catches for 209 yards in the four games before he got hurt. Guard Greg Van Roten (hamstring) is in the same position, and Vrabel said decisions on both would come after another day, according to Musket Fire.

The rest of the report

Safety Kevin Byard (chest) and cornerback Carlton Davis III (neck) practiced fully on Friday but are listed as questionable, as are right tackle Morgan Moses (foot) and safety Brenden Schooler (hamstring). Cornerback Marcus Jones, added to the report Thursday with a foot injury, practiced fully Friday and has no game designation. Drake Maye remains on the report with his right shoulder but practiced fully all week and carries no designation.

At running back, Vrabel said the three backs who played at Miami, Rhamondre Stevenson, Corey Kiner and Lan Larison, will all be available.

Green Bay has ruled out edge rusher Micah Parsons (knee), linebacker Zaire Franklin, tight end Josh Whyle and offensive linemen Sean Rhyan and Travis Glover. Kickoff at Gillette Stadium is 4:25 p.m. Eastern on Fox. Game page.
